1. Never heat without food
2. Use low to medium heat only ( continuously use lower than 220℃, and lower than 260℃ intermittently )
3. Hand wash
4. Never use abrasives of any kind when cleaning ,including steel wool,scouring pads ,abrasive powders or even cleaners .Do not use harsh detergents or cleaners with chlorine bleach .This will damage the non-stick coating
5. Avoid extreme temperature changes .Bring cooking to vessels to room temperature before submerging in cold water.
6. Clean the pan after each use.
